Tropical Gold Farms provides premium tropical fruit cultivation, packaging, and export services. Our services include:
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Minimum order quantities apply for export orders. Pricing is subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will honor the agreed price.
Payment terms are typically 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the balance due before shipment. We accept bank transfers, letters of credit, and other agreed payment methods. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other third parties.
We guarantee our products meet specified quality standards at the time of shipment. Claims for quality issues must be made within 48 hours of delivery with supporting documentation and photos.
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific shipment in question. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages. Force majeure events are excluded from liability.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Tropical Gold Farms and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, or through Malaysian courts.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
